Contracting party

This website is operated jointly by SIAAM Land Transportation Company (CR 4030575643, VAT 312492396500003) and Aiyan International Trading Company (CR 7054548024, VAT 314842555400003), both of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Each quotation states which of the two companies is the contracting party for that job; that company issues the tax invoice and carries the obligations under these terms.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of aiyanintl.com and to quotations and transport services provided by SIAAM Land Transportation Company (“SIAAM”, “we”). By using the website or booking with us, you accept them.

2. Quotations and bookings

• A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, or 7 days if no period is stated.
• Prices are in Saudi riyals and exclude VAT unless the quotation says otherwise. VAT is charged at the applicable rate.
• A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing (including by WhatsApp or email).
• Quotations are based on the information you give us. If the cargo, weight, dimensions, route or timing are different, the price and vehicle may change.

3. Transport services

We arrange road transport using our own coordination and vetted carriers from our network. Each job is governed by the quotation and booking confirmation, these terms, and our Cargo & Liability Terms. If a signed agreement with you says something different, the agreement prevails.

4. Payment

Payment is due as stated on the quotation or invoice. Waiting time, extra stops, cancellations after dispatch, permits and escorts may be charged as set out in the quotation.

5. Website content

Vehicle specifications on this website are typical values to help you choose; the exact vehicle and specification are confirmed with your quotation. The 3D vehicle images are illustrations of each vehicle type in SIAAM colours. The SIAAM name, logo and website content belong to SIAAM and may not be copied without permission.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website — for example by sending spam, attempting unauthorised access, or uploading harmful files. We may block access that puts the website or other users at risk.

7. Links

The website links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Liability

We provide the website “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Our liability for transport services is set out in the Cargo & Liability Terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Jeddah. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
