1. Who we are
This policy explains how Aiyan International Trading Company (“Aiyan”, “we”) collects and uses personal data when you use aiyanintl.com, request a quote, or contact us. We are the controller of this data under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.

2. What we collect
We only collect what we need to answer you and arrange transport:
- Contact details — name, company, phone/WhatsApp number and email address.
- Shipment details — pickup and delivery locations, dates, cargo description, weight and dimensions, and any files you attach (for example a packing list).
- Messages — what you send us through the website, WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Carrier details — if you supply vehicles, the details you share such as vehicle registration, insurance and driver contact details.
- Technical data — your IP address and basic browser information in our server logs, used for security and to stop spam.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To arrange, carry out and follow up on transport you book with us (including sharing the pickup and delivery contact with the assigned carrier and driver).
- To onboard and work with carriers in our network.
- To issue invoices and keep records required by Saudi law (for example, tax and accounting records).
- To protect our website and services against fraud and abuse.
We rely on your consent, the need to take steps before or to perform a contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running and securing our business, as applicable.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed:
- With carriers and drivers in our network who carry out your transport — only the details they need.
- With service providers who help us run the business, such as our website and email hosting provider.
- With government authorities when the law requires it, for example ZATCA, customs or the police.
Our website and email are hosted by a third-party provider whose servers may be located outside Saudi Arabia. Where personal data is transferred outside the Kingdom, we do so in line with the PDPL and its regulations.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for. Quote requests that do not lead to a booking are normally deleted within 24 months. Records linked to bookings and invoices are kept for as long as Saudi law requires.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal data is collected and used;
- access your personal data and obtain a copy of it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to destroy it when we no longer need it, subject to our legal obligations;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
To use these rights, email info@aiyanintl.com. We will reply within the period set by the law. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
7. Cookies and embedded content
Our website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We count page views and clicks on our contact buttons (such as quote requests, WhatsApp, phone and email) with our own privacy-friendly statistics, which set no cookies and store no personal identifiers. If you use the “Reduce motion” switch, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage on your device only. The Contact page shows an embedded Google Map; when it loads, Google may set its own cookies under its privacy policy.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to quote requests.
9. Children
Our services are for businesses. The website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Email info@aiyanintl.com.
