Release documents
Share the container number and the delivery order once your clearing agent has released the container.
Port pickup
We book the truck for the pickup slot at the port or yard.
Delivery
The container is delivered to your warehouse or site; the unloading time is agreed in advance.
Empty return
After unloading, we return the empty container to the depot named by the shipping line.

Do you handle customs clearance?
No. Your clearing agent handles customs; we arrange the transport once the container is released.
Can you move both 20 ft and 40 ft containers?
Yes. A 40 ft chassis carries one 40 ft or two 20 ft containers, and a 20 ft chassis carries a single 20 ft container.
What happens with the empty container?
We can return it to the depot named by the shipping line after unloading — tell us when you book.
