Flatbed transport for steel, pipes and building materials.
Standard, sided and extendable flatbed trailers, arranged from Jeddah to any city in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
Open decks for loads that are lifted on and off.
A flatbed has no roof or sides, so cargo can be loaded by crane or forklift from the top, the sides or the rear. It suits heavy, long or awkward loads that would not fit through the doors of a box trailer.
For loose materials such as blocks and bagged cement we arrange a sided (dropside) flatbed, and for beams and piles longer than 13.6 m an extendable flatbed.

How we handle a flatbed load.
Check size and weight
We confirm length, width, height and weight so the right deck and any permits are planned.
Loading
Loading is by your crane or forklift unless we agree otherwise; the driver positions the trailer for safe access.
Securing
Loads are secured with chains or straps; a tarpaulin cover can be arranged on request.
Permits and delivery
Over-width or over-length loads get the required permits before the trip, then we follow the load to delivery.

Common questions.
What is the maximum length on a flatbed?
A standard flatbed deck is 12–13.6 m. For longer loads we arrange an extendable flatbed, which can extend to about 20 m or more, with permits as required.
Who loads and unloads the cargo?
Usually the shipper and the receiver load and unload with their own crane or forklift. If you need a truck with its own crane, ask for a crane truck.
Can you cover the load?
Yes. A tarpaulin cover can be arranged on request — mention it in your quote request.
